Townsville Kids has been developed by two local Mums with the vision to create an easy access, self servicing information hub for families and businesses in the Townsville district.  Townsville has a transient population, a large percentage of that made up by families. We hope our site will assist the community, and visiting families, in making better informed decisions about the activities and services available to them in and around Townsville.

Meet Our Team

Renee
 Married with two beautiful children, and a Townsville local, Renee has 13 years experience in the administration stream.  She has managed a busy office and is currently working part time in this field.  She has experience in the use of Microsoft Office programs, finance, debt management, customer service and is currently completing a Diploma in Business Administration.  In her spare time (chuckles) Renee loves to get outdoors and play hockey, go camping and just have fun with her friends and family.

Sally
Married with three beautiful children, and a Townsville local, Sally runs a small business (in addition to Townsville Kids), built completely by herself eight years ago.  She has designed and produced a number of craft activities for families and business in childcare, in CD or downloadable form.  She has experience in creating and setting up web sites, and moving her product with the demands in the market.  This is a current and successful business with the product being sold in a major retail chain.  She currently works part time in the child care industry (of which she has many years experience) and is completing her Advanced Diploma in Childcare.  In her spare time (hilarious) Sally also enjoys getting outside to play hockey, go camping and having fun with family and friends.
